Belarus has fulfilled all the agreements reached with the Russian Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) on the certification of the Belarusian dairy products for the export to Russia, Deputy Agriculture and Food Minister of Belarus Mikhail Saveliyev told.
