Minsk to host Lebanese expo on 13-17 April

A national exhibition of Lebanese products will be held in Minsk on 13-17 April, it was learnt from the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Belarus.

The forum is arranged by the BelExpo national exhibition center and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Beirut. An official delegation led by Minister of State of the Lebanese Republic Adnan Kassar will arrive in Belarus to take part in the exhibition. The delegation includes high-ranking officials of the Agriculture Ministry, Tourism Ministry, the Lebanese Federation of Commerce Chambers and Fransabank.

The Lebanese delegation will hold meetings with the officials of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry, Trade Ministry, Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Ministry of Sport and Tourism, Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The parties are to discuss ways to scale up trade and economic cooperation.

On 14 April, the Lebanese delegation will visit the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange and take part in a match making session organized by the BelExpo exhibition center and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
